What is Non-Surgical Lifting with Wires?
The non-surgical facelift using SILHOUETTE SOFT® sutures is a technological innovation that offers women what no other treatment has ever offered in terms of simplicity, giving the face a redefined appearance, increased volume and reduced wrinkles thanks to a minimally invasive outpatient treatment lasting only 30 minutes.
SILHOUETTE SOFT® are threads made of polylactic material, a synthetic polymer that is biocompatible, immunologically inert and completely reabsorbable by the body, in the form of a suture thread with bidirectionally arranged micro cones.
The product was developed in the USA and is the fruit of 6 years of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery experience.
The SILHOUETTE SOFT® treatment is the only one that allows two combined actions:

The threads redesign the treated area by means of a double action, compressing and lifting the tissue.
- A gradual natural regenerating effect
During the gradual reabsorption process the polylactic acid sutures result in a natural stimulation of the dermis with production of collagen.

- What does the procedure consist of?

The procedure is performed at a doctor's office under local anaesthesia and takes about 30 minutes.
The insertion of the threads does not require any skin incision as they are equipped with two needles. Once the suture has been placed, the doctor will exert slight traction on the tissue to allow manual reshaping and achieve a pleasant, natural lifting effect of the desired area.
The procedure involves a slight reddening of the skin, which will disappear after a few hours.
